Director

With a lifelong interest in property, Jon took the natural step into the industry in 2007. He has since worked within our Sales & Lettings departments and become a partner within the company in 2010.

Angela Maybourne

Property Consultant

Angela brings a wealth of customer service experience and strong, confident communication to our Sales team. Angela has worked within estate agency since 2001 and now concentrates on sales progression and daily contact with our clients.

In her own time, Angela takes part in London’s Chinese New Year, Rochester’s Dickens Festival and Sittingbourne’s Carnival.

Property Consultant

Christine has a diverse range of property experience varying from property sales to property management and maintenance. She has been with our company since 2006 providing extensive knowledge of the local area. In her own time, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, touring the country in her motorhome.

Linda Spenceley

Lettings Consultant

Prior to joining our team in 2010, Linda worked within the property construction industry for many years. Linda has an active role within our lettings team dealing with our portfolio of managed properties, property maintenance and landlord accounts.

Away from the office, Linda is very family orientated and enjoys socialising with friends at local quiz nights and other events.
