We aim to ensure our landlords always received the best possible service and realise that we have to earn people’s trust. Your property is an important financial investment, and this means we are always looking at how you, as a landlord can get the best out of your property.

We will ensure you always receive professional advice and guidance on how to achieve the maximum return on your investment

We offer four tiers of service, Let Only, Let & Collect, Full Management & Full Management Plus.

Let Only: 75% including VAT (62.5% plus VAT) of a month’s rent, subject to a minimum charge of £600
Let & Collect: 10% including VAT (8.34% plus VAT) of the monthly rent
Full Management: 12% including VAT (10% plus VAT) of the monthly rent
Full Management Plus: 15% including VAT (12.5% plus VAT) of the monthly rent

A set-up fee of £250 including VAT is applicable to our Let & Collect, Full Management, and Full Management Plus services. This fee is charged deducted from the first month’s rent.

Inventory & Check-In: £139.00
Energy Performance Certificate: £80.00
Gas Safety: £80.00
Gas Safety & Service: £130.00
Legionella Check: £85.00
Electrical Safety: £200.00
Smoke Detector (Installed): £50.00 for the first unit, £30.00 for additional units.
Carbon Monoxide Detector (Installed): £50.00 for the first unit, £30.00 for additional units.
Registering the Security Deposit: Included within all services.
Court Appearance: Included within Let & Collect and Full Management services.
Bailiff Appearance: Included within Let & Collect and Full Management services.
Arrangement of NRL Certificate: Included within Let & Collect and Full Management services.
Annual Rent Review: Included within Let & Collect and Full Management services.
Tenancy Renewal: £80.00
Annual HMRC Reporting: £18.00
